Overview
The course aims to train professionals capable of responding to the different needs expressed by the construction and land management and protection sectors, through a preparation particularly oriented to the practical and applicative aspects, with several specific laboratory activities. Starting from the second semester of the first year, this professional training course includes a basic preparation that leaves room to disciplines in the field of construction and the environment, architecture and urban planning, providing targeted skills to design activities, detection and document restitution of properties, execution of cadastral practices, estimates and appraisals, coordination and construction management, as well as supplementary and optional activities that complete the training framework of a versatile and modern professional.
Career opportunities
Graduates can work as free professional in activities of planning and design of civil and building works, management and/or assistance in on-site works, instrumental and digital survey and subsequent properities’ document restitution, drafting of cadastral procedures (land and buildings), estimates and appraisals of artifacts and works, collection and processing of real estate and market data. They can also be employed in public entitites dedicated to building and management of civil and environmental works (e.g public administration, management societies) and in private professional firms and technical offices of building companies. As well, graduates works in organizations that deal with specialized issues relating to the resolution of technical, regulatory, economic and administrative problems, both at a construction and territorial scale, in fields such as prevention, risk and safety analysis, fire prevention, certifications and performance measures, also in the energetic environment.
