Overview
The degree programme provides fundamental education and training in the humanities and more in-depth skills in the historical-artistic and musicological disciplines, in restoration techniques, and legislation concerned with cultural heritage.
Career opportunities
Graduates are qualified to work with institutions involved in the preservation of cultural heritage, such as offices of superintendence, museums, libraries, media libraries, and local authorities. Graduates work in opera houses and companies that deal with concerts, in service cooperatives, or activities linked with education, public relations, publishing, cataloging, publicizing and dissemination. One could also engage in private practice as an art expert or musicologist.
